Persistence, Client Sync and Supply Shop Reliability Update

  ACTIVE TESTING: Multiplayer issues may remain. Back up your campaign before updating. The host and every client must use matching MCW Arsenal and MCW LootBox versions.

  - Hardened Arsenal persistence so one invalid or unsupported stock entry can no longer abort the entire Arsenal component save.
  - Unsupported serialized entries are isolated and preserved where possible while valid stock continues to save normally.
  - Added a last-known-good snapshot fallback for autosaves that occur while Arsenal stock is busy.
  - Initial client stock requests are now queued and retried while replication and ownership state are still initializing.
  - Prevented early baseline requests from being silently discarded, reducing long “Loading Arsenal” delays.
  - Fixed Supply Shop balance requests being lost when the Arsenal replication ID or Freedom Fighters logistics link was not ready.
  - Supply Shop now retries the authoritative supply balance request for up to 20 seconds.
  - Fixed Arsenal and Supply Shop search fields accepting only one character because list rebuilding stole keyboard focus.
  - Search and quantity fields now retain focus while the item list is refreshed.
  - Added crash-safe packed LootBox transfer manifests for large virtual transfers.
  - Carries forward recent Weapon Build icon, loadout reliability and transfer performance improvements.

  Requires MCW LootBox 1.2.44.

  Validation:
  Focused persistence, synchronization, shop and UI regression tests pass. Full multiplayer and campaign save/restart verification is still required.
