Description
FPV DRONES X ATAK adds the ability for players to monitor active recon drone feeds directly through their ATAK system, squad leaders, JTACs, and other designated personnel a live view of the battlefield without needing to physically operate the drone, or rely on drone operators verbal call outs.

Built on Kova x ATAK Plugin Core by KOVA. This is a separate plugin. It contains no KOVA files and only uses the published plugin interface.

1) DEFINITIONS

"Licensor" means Spacecowboy1511, the author and rights holder of the Content.
"Content" means this mod/add-on/project and all included files and data,
including but not limited to scripts, configs, prefabs, assets, models,
textures, materials, UI, audio, animations, documentation, source files, and
packed/bundled outputs, in any version.
"You" means any person or entity who downloads, installs, uses, hosts, or
otherwise accesses the Content.
"Distribute" / "Redistribute" means to publish, upload, reupload, share,
provide, mirror, bundle, transmit, sublicense, or otherwise make available to
any third party by any means (public or private), including via the Arma
Reforger Workshop, Git repositories, modpacks, torrents, file hosts, cloud
storage, servers, or direct transfers.
"Modify" / "Derivative" means to override, inherit from, alter, adapt,
translate, edit, extract, decompile, reverse engineer, convert, port, merge,
repackage, or otherwise create a derivative work from any portion of the
Content.
"Affiliates" means, without limitation: associated server brands, pages,
sister communities, partner networks, successor groups, rebranded groups,
entities under common ownership or control, and any server operated by the
staff or admins of a community where that community materially participates
in its management. Whether a party is an Affiliate is determined by the
Licensor in good faith.

2) LICENSE GRANT (LIMITED PERMISSION)

Subject to full compliance with this license, the Licensor grants You a
revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable permission to:
a) Use (Arma only): Download and use the Content only within Bohemia
Interactive's Arma products and platforms.
b) Server Hosting (as-is only): Host the Content on Arma Reforger servers
only in unmodified form, loaded as a Workshop dependency, and only as
permitted by Section 3 (Excluded Communities).
c) Media: Create videos, streams, and screenshots featuring the Content,
provided this does not involve Distribution of the Content itself.
No other rights are granted.

3) EXCLUDED COMMUNITIES / NO SERVER-HOSTING PERMISSION

In addition to all other restrictions in this license, the communities listed
below and their Affiliates are explicitly excluded from any permission to host
or use the Content on servers.
3.1 Excluded Communities List
- Hogs of War and all of its Affiliates. Designated 2026-08-22.
- ARCL (Arma Reforger Competitive League) and all of its Affiliates.

- DarkGru and all of its Affiliates. Designated 2026-08-22.
3.2 Additions to the List
The Licensor may add communities to this list at any time by updating this
license on the Content's Workshop page. A designation takes effect on the date
listed next to it.
3.3 No License Grant to Excluded Communities
Excluded Communities are not granted any license to:
- host the Content on any Arma Reforger server (dedicated or listen);
- distribute the Content to server clients by any method;
- include the Content in any server pack, repository, installer, or
automation pipeline; or
- use the Content in any way beyond purely private, local, non-networked
use.
3.4 Circumvention Prohibited
It is a violation of this license for an Excluded Community to use the
Content indirectly, including via:
- alt accounts;
- third-party "front" uploads or hosting;
- renamed or rebranded servers;
- mirrors, proxies, "launcher packs," or similar mechanisms; or
- having another party host on its behalf.
3.5 Immediate Termination
Any use of the Content by an Excluded Community is unauthorized and
immediately terminates any permissions that might otherwise apply.
3.6 Good-Faith Mistakes
A server operator who unknowingly participates in an Excluded Community
network must remove the Content immediately upon notice from the Licensor.

4) STRICT PROHIBITIONS

Unless You have prior written permission from the Licensor (Section 6), You
may not:
a) No Redistribution: Distribute the Content in whole or in part, modified
or unmodified, anywhere, in any manner.
b) No Distributed Derivatives: Distribute any modified version of the
Content, or any derivative work based on it (including ports,
conversions, forks, "fixed versions," "rebalance versions," or
"compatibility versions"), if it contains or depends on overriding any
portion of the Content.
c) No Bundles / Modpacks: Include the Content, or any part of it, in any
modpack, bundle, collection, installer, server pack, or compilation that
involves redistribution.
d) No Reuse of Components: Copy, extract, or reuse any scripts, assets, or
configs from the Content in other projects that are Distributed.
e) No Monetization / Commercial Use: Use the Content for any commercial
purpose or any direct or indirect monetization, including paywalls, paid
access, paid perks tied to the Content, donation-gated access, or any
similar scheme.

5) PRIVATE MODIFICATION (LOCAL USE ONLY)

You may Modify the Content only for private, local use, provided that:
a) You do not Distribute the modified Content, or any part of it, to anyone

effectively redistribute any portion of the Content.

6) PERMISSION REQUESTS

To Modify and Distribute, or otherwise Distribute, any part of the Content,
You must obtain explicit prior written permission from the Licensor.

Your request must include:
- Your identity (the name/handle You use on Discord);
- Your publishing identity (Your Workshop author name);
- What You want to do (modify, port, fix, bundle, etc.);
- Where You intend to publish or distribute it; and
- Whether any part of the original Content will be included.
No permission exists unless You receive a clear written "approved" response
from the Licensor. Silence or non-response is not permission. Permission
applies only to the specific use described in the request and may be revoked.

7) ATTRIBUTION (ONLY IF PERMISSION IS GRANTED)

that uses this Content as a dependency, You must:

8) TERMINATION

termination, You must stop using the Content and delete all copies in Your

The Content is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are

The Licensor may update this license at any time. The version posted on the
Content's Workshop page is the current version and applies from its effective

13) PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY

This custom license is intended to comply with the Arma Reforger Workshop
Terms, including the requirement that custom licenses prohibit commercial or
monetized use and restrict usage to Bohemia Interactive products and
platforms. If any term conflicts with mandatory platform terms, the platform
terms control to the extent of the conflict.
