Reduced the DynamicLoot spawn rate of most Russian weapons to improve the weapon selection in British compounds. The SVD retains its normal spawn rate.

Added a major rarity reduction for modern RHS plated vests and chest rigs. Their DynamicLoot spawn weight is now 0.1% of normal, making them extremely rare without removing them completely.

Existing RPG-22 and RPG-75 loose-ammunition blocking remains unchanged. Ordinary vests and webbing are unaffected.
