1. Scope
This license covers the original scripts, configurations, artwork, models,
sounds and other original content of DST Project ("the Mod"). DeadShotTEX
is the Licensor.
2. Authorized use
Players may download, install and run the official Mod solely to play Arma
Reforger on servers authorized by the Licensor.
Server operators must obtain the Licensor's prior written permission before
hosting or using the Mod. Authorization applies only to the servers identified
in that permission and is subject to its stated conditions. Downloading the
Mod does not grant server authorization.
Necessary local copies for these permitted uses are allowed.
3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted above, separately authorized in writing by the
Licensor, or permitted by mandatory applicable law, you may not:
- Upload or reupload the Mod or any part of it to Workshop or another
distribution service.
- Redistribute, mirror, repackage, sublicense or share the Mod or its files.
- Copy or reuse its original code or assets in another mod or project.
- Modify, adapt or distribute modified versions of the Mod.
- Host or use the Mod on an unauthorized server.
4. Commercial and product restrictions
Commercial use of the Mod is prohibited. Direct or indirect monetization of
the Mod is prohibited. Use of the Mod outside products developed by Bohemia
Interactive is prohibited.
Server authorization alone does not grant commercial or monetization
permission.
5. Workshop operation
These restrictions do not limit permissions granted to Bohemia Interactive
under the applicable Workshop terms or prevent Workshop from hosting and
delivering the Mod. Downloads and technical copies necessary for permitted
gameplay remain allowed.
6. Reserved rights and termination
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Permission under this license
terminates upon breach, subject to mandatory applicable law.
The Mod is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable
law.
