- The end-of-round screen now explains the scenario switch instead of
  showing "Thank you for joining the game!". The result line is
  unchanged, so you still see who won.
- New setting: switchHoldSeconds (default 8). The finished round is left
  on screen for a few seconds before the next scenario loads, so the
  result and the warning can actually be read. Set 0 for the old
  instant switch.
- Reworded the default switch message. It said players would reconnect
  "in a few seconds"; the reconnect can take up to a minute because the
  server reserves each slot for 60s and clients rejoin through the
  reconnection queue.
- Documentation corrected: a switch to a different world does drop
  players. Earlier versions claimed nobody was kicked, which was only
  true for same-world switches.
