DiscordConnectByCryneX – Update

New Features

Added the new #dc chat command.
All players can now use #dc to open the Discord invite link configured in the JSON file directly in their external browser.
Added the new #dc resend admin command.
Only server admins are allowed to use this command.
#dc resend sends the configured server message and Discord invite link to all currently connected players.
Configuration Reload
The JSON configuration is now automatically reloaded before #dc resend is executed.
Changes to the server message or Discord invite link can therefore be applied immediately.
A server restart is no longer required after changing these values.

Security

Admin permission for #dc resend is validated directly on the server.
Normal players cannot execute the resend command.
Existing Functionality
Newly connected players still automatically receive the configured welcome message and Discord link.
The automatic join message is only sent to the newly connected player and is not repeated for everyone already on the server.
