DiscordConnectByCryneX

DiscordConnectByCryneX is a lightweight server utility for Arma Reforger that helps server owners connect players directly with their Discord community.

The mod automatically creates a JSON configuration file where the server owner can define:

-A custom welcome/server message
-A Discord invitation link
-Automatic Welcome Message

When a player joins the server, the configured message and Discord link are automatically sent directly to that newly connected player through the in-game chat.

Only the joining player receives the message. Players who are already connected will not receive the welcome message again when somebody else joins.

Chat Commands
#dc

Available to all players.

Entering #dc opens the Discord invitation link configured in the JSON file directly in the player's external browser.

This allows players to quickly access the server's Discord without manually copying or searching for the invite link.

#dc resend

Available to server admins only.

This command reloads the JSON configuration and then resends the configured server message including the Discord invitation link to all currently connected players.

Because the configuration file is reloaded before the message is sent, server owners can change the welcome message or Discord link while the server is running and apply the changes immediately.

No server restart is required.

Admin authorization is checked directly on the server. Normal players cannot execute the resend command.

Configuration

After the configuration file has been created, simply enter your desired server message and Discord invitation link.

If you later change either value, use:

#dc resend

The mod will reload the JSON configuration and immediately send the updated information to all currently connected players.
