1. Grant of Licence
The Author grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this modification ("Mod") for ARMA Reforger solely for the operation of the designated The Troubles server, unless the Author provides explicit written permission for additional use.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Mod or any of its components to the server operator, users, or any third party.
2. Permitted Use
The Mod may be:
Installed and operated on the The Troubles ARMA Reforger server.
Used by players while connected to the designated server.
Configured by authorised server administrators where reasonably required for the operation of the server.
Used for recordings, screenshots, streams, videos, and other promotional material relating to the designated server.
3. Restricted Use
Unless expressly authorised by the Author, the Mod may not be:
Used on any other ARMA Reforger server.
Installed on, hosted by, or distributed to another community or server.
Uploaded or republished to another Workshop item, repository, website, Discord server, or file-sharing service.
Included in another modification or mod pack.
Rebranded, renamed, or presented as another person's work.
Sold, rented, licensed, or otherwise commercially distributed.
Used as the basis for another competing or substantially similar modification.
Copied, extracted, decompiled, reverse engineered, or otherwise reproduced except where such activity is permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised by the Author.
4. Redistribution
The Mod and its files may not be redistributed outside the designated The Troubles server without prior written permission from the Author.
Sharing a link to the official Workshop listing is permitted where the purpose is to allow players to subscribe to the Mod for use on the designated server.
Uploading the Mod's files elsewhere, including modified or unmodified copies, is not permitted.
5. Modifications
Server administrators may make configuration changes necessary to operate the Mod on the designated server.
Any modification that creates a derivative version of the Mod, alters its source code, or incorporates its assets into another project requires prior written permission from the Author.
Any authorised derivative version remains subject to this licence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Mod remain with the Author or the respective rights holders of any third-party material included within the Mod.
Nothing in this agreement grants any ownership rights in the Mod.
The ARMA Reforger game, its engine, trademarks, Workshop platform, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-Party Assets
Where the Mod contains assets, libraries, code, or other material created by third parties, those components remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
This agreement does not override any third-party licence.
8. Authorisation for Additional Servers
The Author may grant permission for the Mod to be used on additional servers or by additional communities.
Such permission must be provided explicitly by the Author, preferably in written form.
Unless permission specifically states otherwise, authorisation for one server does not constitute authorisation for any other server.
9. Licence Termination
The Author may terminate this licence if the terms of this agreement are violated.
Upon termination, the unauthorised server or user must cease using the Mod and remove any unauthorised copies in their possession or under their control, subject to applicable law.
10. No Warranty
The Mod is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Author is not responsible for loss of data, server downtime, player disruption, or other issues resulting from the use of the Mod.
11. Enforcement
Unauthorised use, redistribution, republishing, or modification of the Mod may result in the Author requesting removal of the Mod from the relevant server, repository, Workshop item, or other distribution platform.
The Author reserves all rights available under applicable law.
12. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, hosting, modifying, or using the Mod, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this licence.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorised to use the Mod.
