## 1. OWNERSHIP
This Mod, including all original scripts, code, configurations, systems, models, textures, sounds, animations, interfaces, graphics, files and other original content created or legally owned by **NEXT LIFE**, is the exclusive property of NEXT LIFE.
No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to any user by downloading, accessing, installing or using this Mod.
## 2. RESTRICTED USE
Permission to use this Mod is granted only as expressly authorized by NEXT LIFE. This permission is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and does not grant any right to sublicense, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit the Mod.

## 3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Without prior written permission from NEXT LIFE, you may NOT:
* Copy, duplicate or republish the Mod or any part of it.
* Redistribute or upload the Mod to another platform, server, repository or Workshop.
* Modify, edit, rework, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative versions of the Mod.
* Extract, reuse or redistribute any asset, script, model, texture, sound, animation, configuration or other resource from the Mod.
* Use any part of the Mod or its assets in another mod, project, server or community.
* Port, convert, remake, fork or reproduce the Mod or its proprietary systems.
* Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Mod or any part of it.
* Use the Mod or its assets for commercial purposes or monetization.
* Provide the Mod's files or extracted resources to third parties.
These restrictions apply whether the use is public, private, commercial or non-commercial.
## 4. OTHER SERVERS
The Mod and its original NEXT LIFE assets may not be used on another Arma Reforger server, community or project without explicit written authorization from NEXT LIFE.
Using extracted assets, scripts or systems separately is also prohibited.
## 5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
This license applies only to content legally owned or controlled by NEXT LIFE.
Any content belonging to Bohemia Interactive or other third parties remains the property of its respective rights holder and is subject to its own licenses and terms.
NEXT LIFE does not claim ownership of Arma Reforger, its engine, trademarks or third-party assets.
## 6. TERMINATION
NEXT LIFE may revoke any permission to use its content at any time in case of unauthorized use or violation of this license.
Upon termination or request, all unauthorized copies, modifications and redistributed versions must be removed and use must immediately cease.
## 7. ENFORCEMENT
Any unauthorized copying, modification, extraction, redistribution, reuse or exploitation of NEXT LIFE's proprietary content may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
NEXT LIFE reserves all available rights and remedies against unauthorized use.
## 8. WRITTEN PERMISSION
Any exception to this license must be explicitly authorized in writing by an authorized representative of **NEXT LIFE**.
Verbal permission, silence, community discussions or the absence of a response do not constitute authorization.
