No Redistribution / No Derivatives
Plain-English Summary (non-binding):
You may use this Content for personal gameplay and host it on permitted Arma Reforger servers as provided. You may not reupload, redistribute, bundle, monetize, or share modified versions. Private modification is permitted. Redistribution or distributed modification requires prior written permission.
1. Definitions
“Content” means this mod/project and all included files and data, including scripts, configs, assets, models, textures, UI, audio, documentation, source files, and packed outputs.
“You” means any person or entity accessing or using the Content.
“Distribute” means publishing, uploading, sharing, mirroring, bundling, transmitting, sublicensing, or otherwise providing the Content to any third party, publicly or privately.
“Modify” means altering, adapting, translating, extracting, decompiling, reverse engineering, converting, porting, merging, repackaging, overriding, or creating derivatives from the Content.
“Affiliates” includes associated server brands, sister/partner communities, successor or rebranded groups, entities under common ownership/control, and servers operated by staff/admins where the relevant community participates in management.
2. License Grant
Subject to this license, You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to:
Download and use the Content only within Bohemia Interactive's Arma products/platforms.
Host the Content on Arma Reforger servers unmodified, except as prohibited by Section 3.
Create videos, streams and screenshots featuring the Content, provided the Content itself is not distributed.
No other rights are granted.
3. Excluded Communities
The following communities and all Affiliates are prohibited from hosting or using the Content on servers:
The Warfighting Society (TWS) — designated 17 August 2026.
Hogs of War — designated 22 August 2026.
ARCL (Arma Reforger Competitive League) — designated 22 August 2026.
Excluded Communities may not host the Content, distribute it to clients, include it in server packs/repositories/installers, or use it in any networked environment.
Circumvention through alternate accounts, front uploads, rebranded servers, mirrors, proxies, launcher packs, third-party hosting, or similar methods is prohibited.
Any such use is unauthorized and immediately terminates all permissions. Operators unknowingly participating in an Excluded Community network must remove the Content immediately upon notice.
4. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, You may not:
Redistribute the Content, in whole or part, modified or unmodified.
Distribute derivatives, ports, conversions, forks, fixes, compatibility versions, rebalances, or other modifications containing any part of the Content.
Include the Content in modpacks, bundles, collections, installers, server packs, repositories, or compilations involving redistribution.
Use the Content commercially or for direct/indirect monetization, including paywalls, paid access/perks, or donation-gated access.
5. Private Modification
You may Modify the Content for private, local use only. Modified Content, patches, packages or installers containing or redistributing any portion of the Content may not be shared.
6. Permission
Redistribution or distributed modification requires explicit prior written permission from the Licensor.

Requests must identify who You are, what You intend to do, where it will be distributed, and whether original Content will be included.
Permission exists only when the Licensor provides clear written approval. Silence is not permission.
7. Attribution
Where distribution permission is granted, You must provide any credit and original Workshop link required by the permission grant. Attribution alone does not grant permission.
8. Termination
This license automatically terminates upon breach. You must cease use and delete all copies under Your control, except where retention is legally required.
9. Ownership
The Content is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Licensor.
10. Warranty & Liability
The Content is provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for damages arising from its use.
11. Platform Terms
This license is intended to comply with applicable Arma Reforger Workshop and Bohemia Interactive terms, including restrictions on commercial use and use outside Bohemia Interactive products/platforms. Where mandatory platform terms conflict with this license, those terms control to the extent of the conflict.
12. Arma 2 Samples
Content originating from the Arma 2 Samples Pack included within this or other “SH” branded mods is exempt from this license and remains governed by its applicable Bohemia Interactive license:
