SFD KPVT Penetration

The in-game 14.5mm B-32 still uses the 12.7mm NSV penetration figure of 20mm of armor, so the KPVT cannot defeat the JLTV's 25mm and 30mm plates. This mod sets the B-32 and the BZT tracer to 32mm of armor at the round's 500m speed. At the muzzle that is about 43mm, and a 30mm plate is defeated past 500m. The MDZ explosive round is unchanged. Server and clients both need the mod.
