GERMAN VERSION
1. Geltungsbereich und Rechte
Diese Lizenz gilt ausschließlich für die von Rex selbst erstellten Bestandteile von RexMWHhud, an denen Rex die erforderlichen Rechte hält ("Inhalt"). Alle Rechte am Inhalt bleiben vorbehalten. Diese Lizenz überträgt kein Eigentum.
2. Nutzung nur mit vorheriger schriftlicher Erlaubnis
Vor jeder Installation, Aktivierung, Ausführung, Nutzung oder Bereitstellung des Inhalts für andere Personen ist eine individuelle, vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung von Rex erforderlich. Das gilt auch für den Einsatz auf Spiel- oder Community-Servern. Download, Workshop-Abonnement, Besitz einer Kopie, Serveranforderung oder ausbleibender Widerspruch gelten nicht als Genehmigung.
Eine Genehmigung muss von Rex oder dem von ihm für Lizenzfragen verwendeten offiziellen Konto stammen und mindestens die berechtigte Person oder den Server, die erlaubte Version und den erlaubten Nutzungsumfang benennen. Sie kann schriftlich über den Kontaktweg erfolgen, den Rex auf der offiziellen Workshop-Seite oder seinem dort verknüpften Profil angibt. Schweigen ist keine Zustimmung.
3. Keine Weitergabe oder Bearbeitung ohne Erlaubnis
Ohne gesonderte vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung darf der Inhalt nicht kopiert, extrahiert, verändert, übersetzt, angepasst, in andere Projekte übernommen, weitergegeben, erneut hochgeladen, öffentlich bereitgestellt, unterlizenziert oder außerhalb von Arma Reforger verwendet werden. Das gilt auch für die Eingabe oder Übermittlung von Quellcode oder sonstigen Inhaltsbestandteilen an externe oder gehostete KI-, Machine-Learning-, Codeanalyse- oder Umschreibdienste.
Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung oder sonstige Codeanalyse ist nur insoweit untersagt, wie das anwendbare Recht ein solches Verbot zulässt. Zwingende gesetzliche Ausnahmen und Rechte bleiben unberührt.
4. Arma- und Workshop-Bedingungen
Jede erteilte Erlaubnis ist auf die Nutzung innerhalb von Bohemia Interactives Arma-Produkten und -Diensten beschränkt. Kommerzielle Nutzung sowie direkte oder indirekte Monetarisierung sind nicht gestattet. Für Inhalte, die über den Arma Reforger Workshop bereitgestellt werden, gelten zusätzlich die jeweils anwendbaren Workshop-Bedingungen und Bohemia-Interactive-Lizenzen. Zwingende Plattformbedingungen gehen dieser Lizenz nur insoweit vor, wie ein Widerspruch unvermeidbar ist; im Übrigen bleibt diese Lizenz wirksam. Diese Lizenz soll die normalen Funktionen des Workshops nicht einschränken.
5. Fremde Bestandteile
Bohemia Interactive, Drittanbieter und andere Mod-Autoren behalten sämtliche Rechte an ihren jeweiligen Spielinhalten, Marken, Tools, Abhängigkeiten und sonstigen Bestandteilen. Diese Lizenz erteilt dafür keine Rechte und ändert deren jeweilige Bedingungen nicht.
6. Laufzeit und frühere Versionen
Diese Fassung gilt ab dem oben genannten Datum für Versionen von RexMWHhud, denen sie beigefügt ist. Sie widerruft keine Nutzungsrechte, die für frühere Versionen bereits wirksam erteilt wurden. Eine schriftliche Einzelerlaubnis kann eigene Bedingungen oder eine eigene Laufzeit festlegen. Bei einem wesentlichen Verstoß kann Rex eine Einzelerlaubnis nach schriftlicher Mitteilung und angemessener Gelegenheit zur Behebung beenden, soweit das anwendbare Recht dies zulässt.
7. Sonstiges
Der Inhalt wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ohne Gewähr bereitgestellt. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt. Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen bestehen.
ENGLISH VERSION
1. Scope and rights
This license applies only to the parts of RexMWHhud created by Rex and for which Rex holds the necessary rights (the "Content"). All rights in the Content are reserved. This license does not transfer ownership.
2. Prior written permission required for use
Before any installation, activation, execution, use, or provision of the Content to another person, that person must obtain individual written permission from Rex in advance. This also applies to use on game or community servers. A download, Workshop subscription, possession of a copy, server requirement, or Rex's silence does not constitute permission.
Permission must come from Rex or the official account he uses for licensing matters and must identify at least the authorized person or server, the permitted version, and the scope of permitted use. It may be provided in writing through the contact method Rex lists on the official Workshop page or the profile linked there. Silence is not consent.
3. No redistribution or adaptation without permission
Without separate prior written permission, the Content may not be copied, extracted, modified, translated, adapted, incorporated into other projects, transferred, re-uploaded, made publicly available, sublicensed, or used outside Arma Reforger. This also applies to entering or transmitting source code or other Content into external or hosted AI, machine-learning, code-analysis, or rewriting services.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, or other code analysis is prohibited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory statutory exceptions and rights remain unaffected.
4. Arma and Workshop terms
Any permission granted is limited to use within Bohemia Interactive's Arma products and services. Commercial use and direct or indirect monetization are prohibited. Content made available through the Arma Reforger Workshop is also subject to the Workshop terms and Bohemia Interactive licenses then in force. Mandatory platform terms prevail only to the extent that a conflict cannot be avoided; this license remains effective otherwise. This license is not intended to restrict the normal operation of the Workshop.
5. Third-party material
Bohemia Interactive, third parties, and other mod authors retain all rights in their respective game content, trademarks, tools, dependencies, and other materials. This license grants no rights to those materials and does not change their separate terms.
6. Term and earlier versions
This version takes effect on the date stated above for RexMWHhud versions distributed with it. It does not revoke usage rights already validly granted for earlier versions. A written individual permission may set its own conditions or term. In the event of a material breach, Rex may terminate an individual permission after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Miscellaneous
The Content is provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
LANGUAGE
Both language versions express the same terms. If they conflict, the German version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
