1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Permission is granted to use this modification ("Mod") solely within Arma Reforger and exclusively on authorized NextLife official servers.
This license grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Mod.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
2. SERVER RESTRICTION
This Mod is strictly reserved for use on official NextLife servers.
Any use of this Mod on:
Private servers.
Community servers.
Public servers not operated by NextLife.
Third-party projects.
External communities or organizations.
is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorization has been granted by NextLife.
The authorization to download or access this Mod does not grant permission to host, operate or use the Mod outside the NextLife server ecosystem.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Without prior written permission from NextLife, you may NOT:
Modify, edit, alter, adapt or create derivative works from the Mod.
Extract, unpack, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code or assets of the Mod.
Re-upload, mirror, redistribute or republish the Mod.
Use the Mod on any server other than official NextLife servers.
Include any part of the Mod in another modification, modpack or project.
Copy, reuse or redistribute models, textures, sounds, animations, scripts, configurations or other assets contained in the Mod.
Claim ownership or authorship of the Mod or its components.
Sell, rent, license, sublicense or commercially exploit the Mod.
Remove or modify NextLife copyright notices or license information.
4. AUTHORIZED USE
Authorized use of this Mod is limited to:
Official NextLife servers.
Gameplay activities approved by NextLife.
Authorized development, testing or administration performed by members approved by NextLife.
Any other usage requires written approval from NextLife.
5. WORKSHOP DISTRIBUTION
The official Arma Reforger Workshop publication by NextLife is the only authorized distribution source.
Users must not upload, mirror, archive or distribute this Mod through any other platform.
6. SERVER AND COMMUNITY PROTECTION
Communities, clans, server owners or individuals may not:
Add this Mod to their server collections.
Require this Mod for their own gameplay environment.
Present this Mod as part of their own project.
Use NextLife assets, systems or content to create competing services.
without written authorization from NextLife.
7. OWNERSHIP
All original content, systems, assets, scripts and creations contained within this Mod remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
This license grants only limited usage rights and does not transfer ownership.
This license does not grant any rights to intellectual property owned by Bohemia Interactive.
8. ENFORCEMENT
Any unauthorized use outside official NextLife servers constitutes a violation of this license.
NextLife reserves the right to request removal of unauthorized copies, report violations and revoke access permissions.
9. TERMINATION
This license automatically terminates if:
The Mod is used outside authorized NextLife servers.
The Mod is redistributed without permission.
The Mod is modified without authorization.
Any condition of this license is violated.
Upon termination, all use of the Mod must immediately cease.
10. EXCEPTIONS
Only written authorization from an official NextLife representative may grant exceptions to this license.
No implied permission, community agreement or third-party authorization modifies these terms.
11. GOVERNING TERMS
This license operates alongside the applicable terms and policies of Bohemia Interactive and the Arma Reforger Workshop.
Where mandatory platform rules apply, those rules remain superior.
