Faster Vehicle Swim Speed

Simply increases the speed at which the LAV, BTR, and BRDM move while in the water, hopefully making amphibious operations slightly more achivable.

This mod does NOT turn these vehicles into speedboats - only increasing the speed of all to roughly on, or slightly below 20km/h - but this alone makes them more viable than in vanilla which is equivelent to having a passing wayward thought about drifting in the direction of the enemy beach.

Yes I know its unrealistic, but sometimes fun trumps realism and I think this is one of those areas. I've watched way too many what-could-be awesome amphibious assaults squandered by how slow these vehicles move and it breaks my heart.

Should in theory work with mods that add different versions of said vanilla vehicles, as the "base" prefab of the vehicles is modified.

Will likely update to include the M113 when that eventually comes around.
