BCM Casualty Simulator is a Game Master training tool for creating repeatable and randomised ACE Medical casualties in Arma Reforger.

HOW TO USE

Place BCM Casualty Simulator from the Game Master browser under Objects > Structures > Military. Approach the board and use its interaction menu to configure or generate casualties.

CONFIGURABLE CASUALTIES

- Add injuries to the head, chest, abdomen, arms, and legs.
- Select minor, moderate, severe, or critical wound severity.
- Enable or disable bleeding for each wound.
- Add pneumothorax, tension pneumothorax, tongue obstruction, vomit occlusion, blood loss, unconsciousness, or cardiac arrest.
- Add multiple injuries and medical conditions to the same casualty.
- Selecting the same body area again updates the existing injury. It keeps the stronger severity and retains bleeding if either selection enabled it.
- Spawn between 1 and 12 identical copies of the configured casualty.

RANDOM CASUALTIES
- Spawn between 1 and 12 independently randomised casualties.
- Each casualty receives its own combination of wounds, bleeding, blood loss, airway complications, breathing complications, and consciousness state.
- Random generation does not use a fixed triage deck or prescribed casualty-category distribution.

PRESETS
- Save configured casualties in 5 persistent preset slots.
- Load, overwrite, or delete saved presets from the board.
- Presets are stored in the host or server profile for use in later sessions.

CLEANUP
- Clear casualties created by an individual BCM board.
- Cleanup also cancels casualties still waiting in that board's spawn queue.
- Players, manually placed AI, and casualties created by other BCM boards are not removed.

REQUIREMENTS
- ACE Core Dev
- ACE Medical Core Dev
- ACE Medical Circulation Dev
- ACE Medical Breathing Dev

IMPORTANT SERVER SETTING
For AI cardiac-arrest training, enable m_bCardiacArrestForAIEnabled in the scenario's ACE mission-header settings. ACE defaults this option to false and will otherwise kill AI when they enter cardiac arrest.
BCM Casualty Simulator is server-authoritative and is intended for medical instruction, casualty assessment, resuscitation practice, and flexible multi-patient exercises.
