ACE Carrying

ACE Core

ACE Captives

dynamic objective-generation system for Arma Reforger designed to create replayable combat missions without requiring every objective to be manually placed and scripted.
Objectives are generated across configurable objective zones, with randomized locations, defensive layouts, AI forces, vehicles, structures, and mission targets. Each completed objective is cleaned up before the system generates the next operation.
Current Objective Types
Destroy Communications Site — Locate and destroy an enemy communications installation protected by AI and vehicle defenses.
Destroy Ammo Cache — Assault an enemy supply position and destroy its ammunition stores.
Destroy Artillery Position — Find and eliminate an enemy artillery site.
Clear Enemy Position — Assault and eliminate enemy forces occupying a fortified position.
Eliminate HVT — Locate and eliminate a protected high-value target.
Capture HVT — Force an HVT to surrender, restrain them using ACE Captives, and transport them to a friendly captured base for extraction.
Destroy Convoy — Intercept and destroy a four-vehicle enemy convoy traveling dynamically along the road network.
Stop Convoy & Capture HVT — Intercept an enemy convoy carrying an HVT in Vehicle 3, defeat the escort, capture the HVT alive, and extract them.
Rescue POW — Recover an unconscious and wounded prisoner of war, transport them using systems such as ACE Carrying, and evacuate them to a captured friendly base with an existing medical facility. The POW must remain at the medical facility for 90 seconds of treatment before recovering.
Dynamic AI & Convoy Systems
Enemy positions are dynamically populated with security groups and vehicle defenses. AI defenders patrol and defend their objectives and react when engaged.
Convoy missions feature:
Four-vehicle convoy formations
Road-network-based routing
Validated vehicle spawn spacing
Lead/follower vehicle behavior
Controlled convoy speeds and spacing
Fully populated vehicles
Persistent driver and gunner positions
Unlimited convoy fuel
Combat-response behavior
Infantry passengers that dismount and fight when engaged
Dedicated HVT transport behavior for capture missions
Dynamic Objective Sites
Objective sites can generate different combinations of structures, tents, targets, defensive positions, AI groups, and vehicles. Spawn-placement checks help prevent tents, vehicles, and objective assets from overlapping or becoming excessively clustered.
Individual objective zones can be configured to control which mission types are allowed to generate at each location.
HVT & POW Operations
Capture missions support ACE Captives for restraining HVTs. HVTs can surrender based on battlefield conditions, including escort casualties and their remaining health.
Rescue POW operations introduce medical evacuation gameplay. POWs spawn wounded, bleeding, and unconscious and can be recovered using ACE Carrying. ISDO dynamically searches friendly captured bases for an existing medical facility, allowing the POW to be transported to an actual player-built Field Hospital rather than spawning a temporary extraction structure.
Built for Replayability
ISDO is designed so the battlefield doesn't follow the exact same sequence every session. Objective type, location, defenses, layouts, AI placement, vehicle encounters, and extraction destinations can change from operation to operation.
