THUNDER BUDDIES STUDIOS – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all software, modifications, assets, source code, models, textures, scripts, configurations, and other content ("Mod" or "Mods") created, published, or distributed by Thunder Buddies Studios ("Thunder Buddies Studios," "TBS," "Author," or "Creator").
By downloading, installing, accessing, hosting, distributing, or using any Thunder Buddies Studios content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
1. OWNERSHIP
All Thunder Buddies Studios Mods and associated assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Thunder Buddies Studios unless otherwise stated.
This Agreement grants only a limited, revocable license to use the Mod. No ownership, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Thunder Buddies Studios.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to full compliance with this Agreement, Thunder Buddies Studios grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
• Download and install the Mod.
• Use the Mod for personal and non-commercial gameplay.
• Host the Mod on private or public servers in accordance with this Agreement.
• Configure server settings that do not alter or modify the Mod files.
This license is granted under the Bohemia Interactive Arma Public License – No Derivatives (APL-ND) together with the additional restrictions contained within this Agreement.
3. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION ON MONETIZATION
Under no circumstances may any Thunder Buddies Studios Mod or any portion thereof be used for monetization.
Prohibited monetization includes, but is not limited to:
• Paid server access.
• VIP memberships.
• Priority queues.
• Reserved slots.
• Donation rewards.
• Subscription benefits.
• Premium content.
• Exclusive gameplay advantages.
• Paywalls.
• Bundled commercial services.
• Any direct or indirect financial benefit connected to the Mod.
Any monetization immediately terminates all rights granted under this Agreement.
4. REDISTRIBUTION
Except with prior written authorization from Thunder Buddies Studios, you may not:
• Upload the Mod to another website.
• Mirror the download.
• Include the Mod within a mod collection or compilation.
• Redistribute original or modified files.
• Repackage any portion of the Mod.
• Share extracted assets.
Only official Thunder Buddies Studios distribution channels may distribute the Mod.
5. NO DERIVATIVE WORKS
Derivative works are strictly prohibited.
You may not:
• Modify the Mod.
• Edit scripts.
• Alter source code.
• Replace assets.
• Repackage files.
• Reverse engineer for redistribution.
• Decompile.
• Extract models.
• Extract textures.
• Extract sounds.
• Port assets to another game.
• Convert the Mod to another platform.
• Publish altered versions.
Server-side configuration files that do not alter the Mod itself remain permitted.
6. NO SUPPORT OBLIGATION
Thunder Buddies Studios provides all Mods strictly "AS IS."
Thunder Buddies Studios makes no warranty regarding:
• Compatibility.
• Availability.
• Future updates.
• Technical support.
• Performance.
• Bug fixes.
• Data preservation.
Support may be provided at Thunder Buddies Studios' sole discretion.
7. TERMINATION
This license automatically terminates without notice if any provision of this Agreement is violated.
Upon termination you must immediately:
• Remove all copies of the Mod.
• Cease hosting the Mod.
• Stop all use of Thunder Buddies Studios intellectual property.
• Destroy any unauthorized copies.
Termination does not waive Thunder Buddies Studios' right to pursue civil or legal remedies.
8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Thunder Buddies Studios expressly reserves every right not specifically granted within this Agreement.
Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as granting ownership, partnership, agency, or any implied license beyond those expressly stated.
Thunder Buddies Studios may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of any Thunder Buddies Studios Mod constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, accessing, hosting, or using any Thunder Buddies Studios Mod, you certify that:
• You have read this Agreement.
• You understand this Agreement.
• You agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.
• You understand that failure to comply immediately terminates your license.
10. PROHIBITED COMMUNITIES AND INDIVIDUALS
The following communities and individuals are permanently prohibited from downloading, installing, accessing, hosting, redistributing, modifying, possessing, or otherwise using any Thunder Buddies Studios Mods or intellectual property.

No license, authorization, or permission is granted to the above-listed communities or individuals.
Any possession, hosting, downloading, distribution, modification, or use of Thunder Buddies Studios content by a prohibited party shall constitute unauthorized use of copyrighted material and an immediate violation of this Agreement.
This prohibition also applies to:
• Alternate accounts.
• Affiliated organizations.
• Partner communities.
• Successor communities created to evade this prohibition.
• Staff members acting on behalf of a prohibited community.
• Individuals acting as agents or representatives of any prohibited party.
Thunder Buddies Studios reserves the sole authority to add or remove communities and individuals from this list at any time without prior notice. Such additions become effective immediately upon publication of an updated End User License Agreement.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing intellectual property and software licensing, together with the licensing requirements established by Bohemia Interactive for Arma Reforger modifications. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
