1. OWNERSHIP
All original custom assets created, developed, or commissioned for Glenwood Homestead RP (GWRP) and/or Recon Modz remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owner(s).
Protected content may include 3D models, meshes, buildings, props, vehicles, clothing, uniforms, equipment, textures, materials, liveries, logos, scripts, configurations, prefabs, animations, UI elements, gameplay systems, and other custom GWRP content.
Access to an asset does NOT transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.
2. AUTHORIZED USE
GWRP-owned assets are authorized for use ONLY by Glenwood Homestead RP (GWRP) unless explicit written permission is provided by the applicable copyright owner.
GWRP assets are NOT open-source or public-domain content.
3. PROHIBITED USE
Without prior written authorization, you may NOT:
Copy, redistribute, reupload, or republish GWRP assets.
Use GWRP-exclusive assets on another server or community.
Upload them to another Workshop page, website, repository, Discord, mod pack, or distribution service.
Extract meshes, models, textures, materials, scripts, configurations, or other resources.
Sell, trade, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute GWRP assets.
Modify an asset and redistribute the modified version.
Rename, rebrand, or claim GWRP content as your own.
Remove or alter creator, copyright, or ownership information.
Give protected source files to another person, development team, server, or community.
Modification does not create ownership. Editing, converting, optimizing, retexturing, renaming, repacking, or otherwise modifying a GWRP asset does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.
4. DEVELOPERS & STAFF
Developers, staff, contractors, or other individuals given access to GWRP source files receive access solely for authorized GWRP development.
Access does NOT grant ownership.
If an individual's involvement with GWRP ends, they may not retain, reuse, distribute, sell, publish, or provide GWRP-exclusive assets to another party unless they independently own the rights to the underlying content.
5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
This license applies only to content that GWRP, Recon Modz, or the identified creators own or have authority to license.
Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses and ownership rights. Nothing in this license overrides the terms of Bohemia Interactive, Fab, Unreal Engine, CGTrader, Sketchfab, or other third-party creators/platforms.
6. GAMEPLAY MEDIA
Normal gameplay screenshots, videos, livestreams, and promotional media containing GWRP assets are permitted.
This does NOT authorize extraction, redistribution, resale, or separate distribution of the underlying assets.
7. ENFORCEMENT
Unauthorized copying, extraction, redistribution, reuploading, resale, or use of protected GWRP content outside authorized GWRP purposes is prohibited.
Permission must be explicitly granted by an authorized copyright owner. Failure to immediately enforce a restriction does not constitute permission.
