- Placing a saved composition now shows a ghost of all its items under the cursor and a "Place composition" hint until you click or press Escape.
- The scale registry no longer logs a replication error on every scale change, and mortar batteries no longer write debug lines to the server log.
- Mortar batteries only use mortars that are free or crewed by their own AI, within 250 m of the leader or at the ordered pit. A fire mission with no assignable crew is cancelled instead of stalling the group, Stand Down dismounts only the group's own AI and also cancels a pending pit order, Hold Fire stops autonomous missions, danger-close checks treat allies, civilians and unaffiliated characters as no-fire, and player-led groups cannot be made batteries.
