FAP Universal PVE Progres V3

Universal PVE Progression (UPP)
The mod introduces a progression system for PvE maps. After capturing a point, the next objective is locked for 10 minutes. During this time, players must build a new arsenal near the captured point and deliver the required 1000 Supply.
After 10 minutes have passed and both requirements are met, the next objective is automatically unlocked.
Capture points → Wait 10 minutes → Build an arsenal → Deliver supplies → Unlock the next objective!
