Description
RPG-28 Realism Fix
In this mod, I fixed and reworked Xraden's original RPG-28 mod.
Changes
Optical sight calibration — the sight has been properly calibrated so that the 300 m marking corresponds to an actual 300 m zero, and the same applies to the 500 m marking. This has been adjusted for both 2D and 3D scopes.
Improved warhead penetration and damage — the original mod used the outdated PG-7VM warhead, with only around 300 mm of penetration. I replaced it with a tandem HEAT warhead with approximately 900 mm of penetration, making the RPG-28 much more representative of its intended anti-tank role.
Fixed projectile handling — fixed a bug that allowed the RPG-28's projectile to be detached and stored separately. I also fixed the compatibility issue that allowed RPG-7 rockets to be loaded into the RPG-28.
Minor balance changes — increased the required rank from Private to Captain and increased the cost to 200 Supply.
With these changes, I consider this to be one of the most effective Russian man-portable anti-tank weapons currently available in Arma Reforger.
PS: I recommend using both of Xraden's mods listed under the name "RPG-28". Everything was tested with both mods enabled.
