Springfield M1A Pack - Fixed

I think I've fixed it best I can.

• Fixed Arsenal Config
• Fixed Game Crashing Animation
• Fixed Attachment Slots
• Fixed Bayonet Slot
• Changed to use vanilla M14 mags to avoid weird animation when reloading due to scene root of the modded mags
• Added Bipod Support
• Removed Aimpoint from Arsenal. The placement is off compared to pretty much every single scope / sight. It sits too high.

The model (I think) is a bit small, but there's nothing I can do about that. Overall, pretty nice gun, so I got it fixed up.
