- Changed color of prison outfit arsenal box (it should only have orange dockworker clothing and hat and shoes, but on dedicated server it failed, so hopefully I changed that now by creating a custom arsenal prefab)

- added 3 Civil AI to Sandbank and put some INTEL and a secret snipe spot
- Prison Arsenals were not set correctly (they should only have dockworker clothing available)
- fixed the garbage colector timer for Vehicles (I messed around with it)
- changed pause between music to 600 seconds
