ACE Core Dev

This is Darafeyen's Parachute Core mod based on Parachute Framework v1.2.0 created by Alphaegen, which adds fully controllable parachutes to Arma Reforger in a way that makes it easy to add new/different ones, giving dynamic freedom to create/modify parachutes characteristics.

With:
* Improvements on parachute physics, with a hands off glide and auto flare
* Auto-chute repack, so it can be deployed more than once
* Set a minimum / base jumping height of 25m. Jump above this height.
* Safely jump from vehicles by removing ragdoll on exit
