VBS - US MkII Grenade Pack

Features:

Multiple historical Mk II fuze variants, starting with the M10A1

Dynamic fuze reliability, duds and premature detonations are possible, driven by moisture, corrosion, and fuze condition rather than a flat chance

Environmental moisture: rain, submersion, and character wetness all affect grenades carried on your person

Spoon physics, spoons can fly off independently on activation, including on duds

Status: Early release. Arsenal integration is not yet live, [spawn via enfusion workbench]. Future updates will add arsenal support, additional fuze variants, and expanded weather integration.

These marks, along with the Veilbreaker Studios logo and associated branding, are claimed under common law trademark rights based on their use in connection with game development, modding, and related creative works. Veilbreaker Studios Custom License (VCL-ND)
Based on the structure of the Arma Public License – No Derivatives (APL-ND)
Applies to: Iron Horizon and all associated Veilbreaker Studios mods, content packs, and assets ("the Content")
distributed for Arma Reforger / Arma 3 / Arma 4.
1. Definitions
“Original Assets” — any model, texture, sound recording, animation, script, configuration file, or other
creative or technical work authored by Veilbreaker Studios or its contributors specifically for the Content,
excluding any file, code, or asset that is itself the unmodified property of Bohemia Interactive a.s. (“BI”) or a
third party.
“the Game” — the Bohemia Interactive title(s) the Content is designed to run on.
“You” — any individual or entity that downloads, installs, or otherwise obtains the Content.
2. Relationship to Bohemia Interactive's Terms
This license governs Veilbreaker Studios' Original Assets only. It does not grant, modify, or waive any
right, obligation, or restriction that BI's End User License Agreement, Workshop Terms, or Arma Public
License impose on the underlying Game, engine, or any BI-owned assets, scripts, or tools included with or
required to run the Content. Where this license and BI's terms conflict regarding BI-owned material, BI's
terms govern that material. Where this license addresses Original Assets that Veilbreaker Studios
independently authored, this license governs.
3. Ownership
All Original Assets remain the sole intellectual property of Veilbreaker Studios, regardless of the file format
they are stored in, the tools used to create them, or the platform through which they are distributed or
hosted. Distributing, hosting, or packaging Original Assets for use with the Game does not transfer, assign,
or license away ownership of that intellectual property to BI, any platform operator, or any third party,
except to the extent Veilbreaker Studios has separately and explicitly agreed to such a transfer in writing.
Contributors who create Original Assets on behalf of Veilbreaker Studios (employees, volunteers, or
contracted developers) assign all right, title, and interest in that work to Veilbreaker Studios as a condition
of contributing, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Grant of License to End Users
Subject to the restrictions below, Veilbreaker Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to download, install, and use the Content for personal, non-commercial use with the
Game.
5. Restrictions
You may not, without prior written permission from Veilbreaker Studios:
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Original Assets;
• Extract Original Assets for use in any other mod, project, game, or standalone product — including
other Bohemia Interactive titles;
• Redistribute, re-upload, mirror, or rehost the Content or Original Assets on any platform other than
the official channels designated by Veilbreaker Studios;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content or Original Assets;
• Remove or alter any attribution, credit, or copyright notice included with the Content.
For the avoidance of doubt and in compliance with ARMA REFORGER Workshop Terms of Use: end
users may not use the Content for any commercial purpose, may not monetize the Content directly or
indirectly, and may not use the Content outside of ARMA REFORGER or other Bohemia Interactive
products, except as separately authorized in writing by Veilbreaker Studios.
6. Reserved Rights
Veilbreaker Studios reserves the right to reuse, relicense, port, or incorporate its Original Assets into any
other product, including a standalone commercial release, without restriction, since Veilbreaker Studios is
the owner of that intellectual property and this license restricts end users, not the rights holder.
This reservation of rights applies solely to Veilbreaker Studios as the original rights holder and does not
grant, waive, or extend any right to end users beyond what is expressly stated in Section 4. The
restrictions in Section 5 govern end users; this Section 6 governs Veilbreaker Studios only.
7. No Warranty
The Content is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Veilbreaker Studios is not
liable for any damage, data loss, or other harm arising from use of the Content.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its restrictions. Upon termination, you must
delete all copies of the Content in your possession.
9. Contact
For licensing inquiries, permissions, or takedown requests, contact Veilbreaker Studios through its official
channels.
This license is modeled on the structure of Bohemia Interactive's Arma Public License – No Derivatives (APL-ND) but is an
independent document authored by Veilbreaker Studios. It is not an official Bohemia Interactive license and has not been
reviewed or approved by Bohemia Interactive a.s.
