The 24th Special Tactics Squadron (24th STS) works alongside the 75th Ranger Regiment to conduct coordinated special operations. Rangers provide the primary assault force for raids, direct-action missions, and airfield seizures, while Special Tactics personnel coordinate air support, establish landing zones, and integrate airpower with ground operations. Together, they deliver a highly coordinated force capable of executing complex missions in hostile environments.
