CJRP ARMA REFORGER MOD LICENSE

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, HOSTING, OR USING THIS MOD IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.
1. PURPOSE OF THIS MOD
This Mod has been created strictly for use within CJRP servers and its sole intended purpose is to provide entertainment content within Arma Reforger.
This Mod is intended solely for lawful use within authorised environments and only under the permissions explicitly granted under this Agreement.
2. AUTHORISED SERVER USE
Use of this Mod on any unauthorised server is strictly prohibited.
Only servers that have received explicit written approval from the owner (Fortue/OG Elvis) may host, operate, access, or utilise this Mod.
Permission grants limited use rights only and does not transfer ownership rights, intellectual property rights, licensing rights, derivative rights, or any other ownership interest.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Except where explicitly authorised under this Agreement or through written consent directly from the owner (Fortue aka OG Elvis), no individual or entity may under any circumstances:
* Modify this Mod
* Reverse engineer this Mod
* Decompile this Mod
* Disassemble this Mod
* Extract resources
* Redistribute this Mod
* Re-upload this Mod
* Copy or reproduce content
* Reskin content
* Create derivative works
* Repurpose content
* Integrate portions into other projects
* Steal, reproduce, or replicate any code, resources, configurations, or associated content
These restrictions apply to both complete and partial use of Mod content.
5. CONSENT REQUIREMENTS
Any permission, consent, or authorisation concerning this Mod:
* Must be in written form
* Must clearly identify the owner (Fortue aka OG Elvis)
* Must clearly identify the permissions being granted
* Must clearly establish authenticity
* Must be directly issued by the owner
Verbal approval, assumptions, indirect statements, third-party claims, screenshots lacking verification, or unofficial communications shall not constitute valid permission.
Fraudulent attempts to imitate, forge, falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent authorisation may result in legal action.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Mod is provided strictly “AS IS” without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.
The owner provides no guarantee regarding functionality, reliability, performance, compatibility, availability, uninterrupted service, or fitness for any purpose.
The owner is under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, bug fixes, patches, or continued access to this Mod.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using this Mod, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with its use.
The owner assumes no liability for:
* Data loss
* File corruption
* System damage
* Server instability
* Service interruptions
* Software conflicts
* Loss of access
* Direct damages
* Indirect damages
* Consequential damages
Users assume all risks arising from the use of this Mod.
9. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE DISCLAIMER
This Mod is not owned, produced, endorsed, sponsored, or supported by Bohemia Interactive.
The sole intended purpose of this Mod is to provide entertainment content within Arma Reforger.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
The owner reserves the right to modify, update, replace, suspend, discontinue, remove, or alter any portion of this Mod or this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Continued use following modifications constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
11. REVOCATION OF PERMISSIONS
The owner reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or withdraw any granted permission, authorisation, or access rights at any time, with or without cause.
Upon revocation, all use rights immediately terminate.
12. TERMINATION
Violation of any provision of this Agreement immediately terminates all permissions and rights granted under this license.
Following termination:
* All use must immediately cease
* Hosting rights terminate immediately
* Distribution rights terminate immediately
* Access permissions terminate immediately
Continued use after termination may constitute unauthorised use.
15. ENFORCEMENT
Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement may result in immediate action including permission revocation, takedown requests, access removal, and pursuit of all legal remedies available under applicable law.
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, HOSTING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THIS MOD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Permission to host this Mod on a monetised server does not under any circumstances permit direct profit from the Mod itself.

15. ENFORCEMENT
Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement may result in immediate action including permission revocation, takedown requests, access removal, and pursuit of all legal remedies available under applicable law.
