Dads_Renegade_To_Private

Prevents players from staying at Renegade rank.
If a player is demoted into Renegade, this mod automatically resets their rank back to Private. It also clamps negative XP back to zero so the player returns to the normal rank system cleanly.
Simple server-side quality-of-life fix for groups that do not want Renegade rank blocking gameplay.
