Professional *******. He expressly requested and authorized Wookie to adapt,
publish, and distribute those assets as part of this Arma Reforger mod. Wookie
owns the independently authored Reforger conversion and Integration Work,
including character fitting, optimization, custom LODs, item models, Workbench
integration, material setup, prefabs, configurations, scripts, documentation,
and Workshop presentation.
You may download the Content from its official Workshop page, use it unmodified
in Arma Reforger, and host it on compliant servers. Normal gameplay screenshots,
videos, streams, and an unmodified dependency reference are permitted.
Without prior Written Permission, You may not modify, extract, repackage,
reupload, mirror, port, bundle, redistribute, sell, reuse, or create derivative
content from the Content or any of its files. You may not use it for
machine-learning, AI training, embeddings, or generative systems. Requests
involving the Original Assets require Professional *******. Requests involving
the Integration Work require Wookie. Third-party use of the complete package
requires every applicable permission.

1. DEFINITIONS
================================================================================
1.1 "Content" means Wookie's Professional Idiot Pack in all source, development,
runtime, packaged, present, and future forms. It includes, without limitation,
models, meshes, textures, materials, scripts, prefabs, configurations, metadata,
documentation, item representations, LODs, thumbnails, Workshop presentation,
and any extract, fragment, derivative, sample, hash, embedding, or representation
of any of those elements.
1.2 "Original Assets" means the original character design, Blender model,
geometry, and original textures authored and owned by Nikolai / Professional
*******, including recognizable portions and derivatives of those assets.
1.3 "Integration Work" means the independently authored work by Wookie for Arma
Reforger, including the Reforger conversion, character fitting, engine-compliant
adaptation, optimization, custom LODs, item models, Workbench integration and
settings, material setup, prefabs, configurations, scripts, first-person hiding
support, documentation, packaging, and Workshop presentation.
1.4 "Rights Holders" means:
(a) Nikolai / Professional ******* for the Original Assets; and
(b) WallbangZ / WOOKIE for the Integration Work and packaged presentation.
1.5 "Wookie" means WallbangZ (Steam Workshop name) / WOOKIE (community handle),
the same individual, acting as publisher of the official Content and as rights
holder for the Integration Work.
1.6 "You" and "Your" mean any person, group, server, community, organization, or
other entity that downloads, accesses, hosts, runs, modifies, distributes, or
otherwise interacts with the Content.
1.7 "Modify" and "Derivative Work" include any manual or automated alteration,
addition, removal, conversion, adaptation, balancing change, compatibility
patch, fork, port, extraction, decompilation, translation, or other derivative
use of the Content or any part of it. They also include overriding, replacing,
shadowing, or occupying any class, prefab, resource path, material, metadata
entry, or GUID belonging to the Content.
1.8 "Distribute" and "Redistribute" mean making the Content, a Modification, or
any portion of either available to another person by any means. This includes
Workshop uploads, repositories, mirrors, file hosts, cloud shares, messages,
modpacks, collections, launchers, server download bundles, sales, gifts, and
private transfers.
1.9 "Written Permission" means an explicit, dated, and identifiable written
communication from the applicable Rights Holder granting a defined permission to
a defined recipient for a defined scope. Silence, assumptions, third-party
assurances, and general community practice are not Written Permission.
1.10 "Monetized Server" means a server or associated community that directly or
indirectly receives money or anything of monetary value in connection with
access, membership, priority, perks, advertising, sponsorship, or donations.
1.11 "Restricted Entity" and "Affiliate" have the meanings stated in Section 7.

2. OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZATION

2.1 Professional ******* retains all right, title, interest, and copyright in
the Original Assets. Nothing in this License assigns or transfers those rights
to Wookie or to any end user.
2.2 Professional ******* expressly requested the creation of this mod and
authorized Wookie to adapt, integrate, publish, and distribute the Original
Assets as part of the official Content. This authorization includes the limited
end-user uses necessary to download, install, run, and host the official,
unmodified Content under Section 3.
2.3 Wookie retains all right, title, interest, and copyright in the Integration
Work. The permission to use the Original Assets does not reduce Wookie's rights
in independently authored conversion, configuration, scripting, optimization,
documentation, or presentation work.
2.4 The Content is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted by this
License are reserved by the applicable Rights Holder. No rights arise by
implication, estoppel, silence, access, possession, or technical ability.

3. LIMITED LICENSE GRANT

3.1 Subject to continuous compliance with this License, You receive a limited,
revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free
license to:
(a) download the Content from Wookie's official Workshop listing;
(b) install and run the Content within Arma Reforger;
(c) host the Content on an Arma Reforger server in its original, unmodified
packaged form;
(d) connect to and play on a server lawfully hosting the Content;
(e) reference the official Content as an unmodified declared dependency of
another addon, provided that addon does not override, shadow, replace,
extract, bundle, or Modify the Content; and
(f) create and publish ordinary screenshots, videos, streams, and reviews of
normal gameplay as permitted by Section 9.
3.2 This grant applies only to the official Content distributed by Wookie. It
does not grant access to development sources, editable models, source textures,
or reusable components.
3.3 No provision permits You to grant any right in the Content to another person.

4. MODIFICATION AND RESOURCE RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Except with prior Written Permission from every applicable Rights Holder,
You shall not Modify the Content in whole or in part.
4.2 Without limiting Section 4.1, You shall not:
(a) edit, rebalance, convert, recolor, retarget, refit, simplify, extend, or
otherwise alter a model, texture, material, prefab, script, configuration,
metadata file, or other Content resource;
(b) create a modded class, override, inherited prefab, partial class, runtime
patch, or compatibility construct targeting Content resources;
(c) duplicate, replace, shadow, claim, or otherwise occupy a GUID, resource
name, path, prefab, class, or material defined by the Content;
(d) remove, conceal, or alter a copyright, credit, license, resource identity,
or attribution notice;
(e) create a fork, unofficial patch, alternate build, balance version, private
variant, or derivative package; or
(f) publish tools or instructions whose purpose or natural effect is to enable
a prohibited act.
4.3 These restrictions apply to public, private, local, server-only, educational,
and non-commercial activity alike, except where mandatory law provides a right
that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. REDISTRIBUTION AND PORTING RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Except with prior Written Permission from every applicable Rights Holder,
You shall not Distribute or Redistribute the Content or any portion of it.
5.2 You shall not:
(a) reupload the Content to another Workshop page, repository, mirror, file
host, marketplace, or distribution service;
(b) include it in a modpack, server pack, collection bundle, launcher, archive,
asset library, or another addon;
(c) share Content files directly with another person instead of directing that
person to the official Workshop listing;
(d) port or adapt Content to another game, engine, platform, or Bohemia title;
or
(e) extract an asset, script, setting, model, mesh, texture, material, prefab,
or configuration for another project.
5.3 Declaring the official Workshop release as an unmodified dependency under
Section 3.1(e) is not prohibited bundling or redistribution.

6. EXTRACTION, REVERSE ENGINEERING, AND AI USE

6.1 You shall not extract, unpack, export, rip, scrape, decompile, disassemble,
decode, deobfuscate, reconstruct, or otherwise derive source or constituent files
from the Content, except to the minimum extent required by non-waivable law.
6.2 Model extraction, texture extraction, runtime-resource conversion, metadata
scraping, and configuration-value harvesting are expressly prohibited.
6.3 You shall not use the Content or any portion, derivative, depiction intended
as asset reconstruction, metadata, caption set, or extracted data as training,
fine-tuning, evaluation, retrieval, embedding, or generation input for any
machine-learning, artificial-intelligence, or generative system.
6.4 You shall not assist another person in performing any act prohibited by this
Section.

7. RESTRICTED ENTITIES

7.1 "ICR - Inner Circle Reforged" (including discord.gg/ICR and
icr-reforger.de) is a Restricted Entity and receives no license under this
document. It may not access, host, run, reference, depend on, Modify, Distribute,
or otherwise use this Content or the Integration Work in any form.
7.2 "Affiliate" includes any successor, rebrand, alternate community,
sister-server, revival, intermediary, front, mirror, or entity sharing material
ownership, leadership, staff, control, hosting, or distribution with a Restricted
Entity.
7.3 The prohibition applies to Restricted Entities and their Affiliates, whether
they act directly or through another person. No licensee may knowingly provide,
host, mirror, proxy, or facilitate access to the Content for them.
7.4 Wookie may add Restricted Entities for the Integration Work and packaged
Content by a public notice on the official Workshop page or an official community
channel, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

8. COMMERCIAL USE AND SERVER COST RECOVERY

8.1 Commercial use of the Content is prohibited unless expressly permitted by
this Section or by prior Written Permission from every applicable Rights Holder.
8.2 A server running the unmodified Content may accept voluntary income without
separate permission only when all of the following apply:
(a) the income is used solely for actual server hosting, hardware, bandwidth,
server development, maintenance, and required modding tools;
(b) the income does not exceed those costs and creates no personal profit,
salary, dividend, or private enrichment;
(c) the server and its monetization comply with all current Bohemia Interactive
monetization and Workshop rules; and
(d) the server is not a Restricted Entity or Affiliate and otherwise complies
fully with this License.
8.3 Monetization beyond Section 8.2, including paid access, profit, commercial
bundling, merchandise, marketplaces, or sponsored asset use, requires prior
Written Permission from every applicable Rights Holder and remains subject to
Bohemia Interactive's rules.

9. GAMEPLAY MEDIA AND PROMOTION

9.1 You may publish non-commercial screenshots, gameplay videos, streams, and
reviews showing the Content in ordinary lawful gameplay.
9.2 This permission does not include extracted assets, isolated texture or model
showcases intended for reuse, source files, misleading ownership claims, or use
that implies endorsement by a Rights Holder.
9.3 Commercial promotional use primarily centered on the Content requires prior
Written Permission from every applicable Rights Holder.

10. PERMISSION AUTHORITY

10.1 Permission to extract, reuse, modify, license, or redistribute an Original
Asset must be obtained from Nikolai / Professional *******.
10.2 Permission to extract, reuse, modify, license, or redistribute Integration
Work must be obtained from Wookie.
10.3 A proposed use involving both Original Assets and Integration Work, or the
complete packaged Content, requires Written Permission from every applicable
Rights Holder. Wookie's official publication is already authorized under Section
2.2; that authorization does not extend to third-party republication.
10.4 A request must identify the requester, assets involved, intended project,
distribution channel, monetization model, duration, and requested rights.
10.5 Permission is limited to the expressly approved recipient and scope. It is
not transferable and does not extend by implication to affiliates, successors,
other projects, servers, or distribution channels.

11. THIRD-PARTY AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

11.1 This License governs only rights held or validly administered by the Rights
Holders. It grants no right in Bohemia Interactive property, Arma Reforger engine
code, base-game assets, trademarks, platform services, or other third-party
content.
11.2 All Bohemia Interactive property and platform use remain subject to the
applicable Bohemia Interactive licenses, Workshop terms, monetization rules, and
other policies.
11.3 If a third-party component has separate terms, those terms apply in addition
to this License. If a mandatory platform term conflicts with this License, the
mandatory term controls only to the extent of the conflict.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 This License terminates automatically and immediately as to You upon a
material breach.
13.2 Upon termination, You must cease all use and hosting of the Content and
remove every unauthorized copy, Modification, extraction, mirror, and derivative
under Your possession or control.
13.3 A Rights Holder may enforce or revoke permissions concerning that Rights
Holder's own work. Wookie may remove or suspend the official Content from
distribution.
13.4 Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, extraction, redistribution,
AI use, attribution, termination, warranty, liability, and general provisions
survive termination.

14.2 No Rights Holder promises compatibility with any version of Arma Reforger,
another mod, a server configuration, hardware, or a future platform update.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO RIGHTS HOLDER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR

OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR SERVER OPERATION, ARISING FROM OR
RELATING TO THE CONTENT OR THIS LICENSE.
15.2 The aggregate liability of a Rights Holder shall not exceed the greater of
the amount You actually paid that Rights Holder for the Content, presumed to be
zero, or the minimum amount required by mandatory law.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 Severability. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be
modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the
remaining provisions continue in effect.
16.2 No Waiver. A failure or delay in enforcement does not waive a right.
Enforcement against one party does not prevent enforcement against another.
16.3 No Circumvention. Any arrangement whose purpose or natural effect is to
evade a restriction is itself prohibited, including shell communities, alternate
accounts, intermediaries, split packages, dependency-based overrides, and
technical workarounds.
16.4 Entire Terms. This License and any valid Written Permission applicable to a
specific use constitute the relevant terms for that use. Oral statements do not
modify this License.
16.5 Versioning. Wookie may publish revised versions for future releases of the
official Content, subject to the rights of Professional ******* in the Original
Assets. The version accompanying a downloaded release applies to that release.
16.6 Acceptance. Downloading, installing, hosting, running, or otherwise using
the Content constitutes acceptance of this License. A person who does not accept
it has no permission to use the Content.
16.7 Governing Law. This License is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany,
excluding conflict-of-laws principles, except that an applicable
Rights Holder may seek urgent or injunctive relief in any competent court.
16.8 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience. "Including" and "includes"
