Fixed issue where IFAK isn't saving properly

IFAKs no longer start with any medical items preplaced, they now move default medical items in the inventory automatically upon spawning.

IFAK capacity is sized to fit 5x bandages, 1x chest seal, 1x NCD Kit, 1x ammonium carbonate for both correspond faction medical items and IFAKs.
Fixed several bugs to include debug line bugs.
