Recondos IFAK - ACE Compat

Same as the original IFAK mod, but with ACE medical items!

Every player receives a faction appropriate IFAK containing basic medical supplies. Unconscious players receive an action that allows medical providers to automatically move the ifak into their inventory, using the casualty's medical items rather than the medical provider's inventory.

- Medical items are automatically organized into the IFAK, reducing inventory clutter.
- IFAKs are placed in a consistent inventory location whenever possible for quick access.
- Players can temporarily borrow an unconscious casualty's IFAK to provide treatment.
- Borrowed IFAKs automatically return to their original owner when appropriate, preserving equipment and preventing item loss.

Designed to be lightweight, multiplayer friendly, and fully server authoritative.
