FIXED - On a dedicated server a player is sent all of their settings again, so a player on a slow or lossy connection, or one who reconnects, is no longer held at Deploy until the server restarts. - On a dedicated server a settings block a player did not acknowledge is sent again, and a player who leaves has their settings queue dropped. - Scheduled server messages are sent on a dedicated server.

FIXED - The RPL Probe result reports blocks still in flight separately from the engine's packet loss, and shows the loss to one decimal place. - An RPL Probe step the test ended partway through is reported as not measured, instead of as 0% loss.

ADDED - A per-player send queue for ATG settings: a block goes, the player's game says it has applied it, the next block goes. - A mod declares its settings' priority, splits a large set into segments, and can withhold what no client reads. - Four server dials under Settings replication: block size (4096 B), a ceiling on unacknowledged data (16384 B), a packet-loss brake (0.02) and a round-trip-time brake (200 ms). - A connection test that measures what a client can take, with its own consent dialog and report. - /atg status lines for the queue. - Deploy is held until the spawn-critical settings have arrived. - A list helper for settings declared as arrays of resource names. CHANGED - The join-time set and every later change go through the queue instead of firing in one frame. - A struggling connection gets smaller bursts with a gap between them; nothing is ever sped up. - Server message settings are withheld from clients. - A player sets their own log verbosity. - The modder docs describe how a mod declares priority and segments.

## ADDED - Config reload and write-back: the JSON is re-applied over the live config, written back with a `.bak`, and re-sent to connected clients. - `ATG_Settings`, the shared config root every ATG mod contributes to, and the ATG settings tab. ## CHANGED - Subsystems honour a reload rather than only a restart.
