North Carolina - Conflict PvE

Long story short, WhiskeyDreamzZz had a PVE map, which when I started working on this, didn't work. So as my first ever project, I set out to fix it and modify it slightly. Less supply points, a bit more AI, faster capping speed. Just some basics. Hope you enjoy, still a WIP.

Ignore the absolute garbage AI Coverart, I'm working with someone to get a real piece of art made. Thanks.

Gramps for the Framework
MisterFurr for the amazing map and OG conflict
WhiskeyDreamzZz for the PVE Conflict

Thank you all three!

Also WhiskeyDreamzZz's PVE should be fixed.
