More Powah M35

Changed to a more realistic 10-speed gearbox.
Increased differential lock numbers.
Increased Torq and power.
increased traction sideways and forward.
All based on real-world numbers. May not be the most realistic in-game, but WGAF, I want actually to have logi trucks that are fun to use.

This is also great to use with my Skyhook Logistics series, because once you get an M35 in the woods, you need to be able to drive it around.
