Universal Events Bus UEB

Universal Events Bus (UEB) is a framework mod — on its own it changes nothing in the game. It does two things:

- MOD-TO-MOD BUS. Mods publish events, other mods subscribe. No direct dependency, no RPC, no network layer.
- CORE EVENTS. UEB hooks the engine itself and publishes the full session feed: match start/end, user connect, disconnect, spawn, deaths, faction change, base captures, chat, admin roles, Game Master mode changes and per-action GM audit. Every event carries timestamps, the identities involved (players and AI) and a typed payload.
