Changed special rifles to appear in supporting team lists. Added more of the ammunition types. 
I made this change so that the "special rifles" feel even more special. Also if you use a custom faction such as British Forces the rifles will still appear in the arsenal after a military base is captured.
I think previously it required US to be the supporting faction to see the rifles in the list.
