This license applies to the content in this repository ("the Content"), which consists of modifications, add-ons, tools, or other material created for use with Arma Reforger ("the Game"), developed by Bohemia Interactive a.s. ("Bohemia Interactive" / "BI").
1. Relationship to Bohemia Interactive's terms
This license is intended to comply with, and is at all times subordinate to:
- the Arma Reforger EULA,
- the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use, and
- any other applicable Bohemia Interactive licensing terms governing the underlying game content or tools used to create the Content.
If any provision of this license conflicts with those documents, the Bohemia Interactive terms prevail. This license does not grant, and should not be read as granting, any rights in Bohemia Interactive's own intellectual property beyond what BI's own terms permit.
Nothing in this license implies any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Bohemia Interactive a.s.
2. Grant of rights
Subject to the restrictions in Section 3, Azzholes Tactical Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- download and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes within Arma Reforger; and
- share unmodified copies of the Content, provided this license file and all copyright and attribution notices are included unaltered.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- use the Content, or any part of it, for any commercial purpose;
- sell, rent, license, or otherwise monetize the Content, directly or indirectly, including (without limitation) via paid server access, donations tied to in-game perks, or in-game currency/item sales;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, rework, re-package, or create any derivative work based on the Content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Azzholes Tactical Group;
- re-upload, mirror, or redistribute the Content (modified or unmodified) on any platform other than the official Arma Reforger Workshop listing(s) maintained by Azzholes Tactical Group, without prior written permission;
- use the Content outside of Bohemia Interactive's own products and official associated services; or
- remove or obscure attribution, copyright notices, or this license from any permitted copy.
4. Ownership
The Content remains the sole property of Azzholes Tactical Group (and/or its individual contributors, per the Contributor License Agreement governing this repository). No rights, title, or interest in the Content are transferred to you under this license beyond the limited permissions expressly stated in Section 2.
5. Requesting permission for derivatives or commercial use
Requests to create derivative works, or for any commercial use, should be directed to the ATG Discord (https://discord.gg/M5ehKnEnQs). Permission, if granted, will be provided separately in writing and does not modify the default terms of this license for anyone else.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Azzholes Tactical Group may also revoke this license, or restrict distribution of the Content, at its discretion, including to comply with changes to Bohemia Interactive's own terms.
7. No warranty
The Content is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Azzholes Tactical Group is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Content.
