ALL COMPUTER PROGRAMS, SOFTWARE, SCRIPTS, SYSTEMS, CONFIGURATIONS, MODELS, TEXTURES, MATERIALS, AND ASSOCIATED ASSETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Shadow Haven Studios and Shadow Haven Hosting make no warranties, express or implied, that the content is free of errors, compatible with any particular system, suitable for any specific purpose, or consistent with any particular standard of merchantability.
This content should not be relied upon for any purpose where failure, malfunction, or incorrect operation could result in injury, loss of property, loss of data, server instability, or other damages. Use of this content is at your own risk.
The author, publisher, Shadow Haven Studios, and Shadow Haven Hosting disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use, misuse, modification, redistribution, or unauthorized use of this content.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This content is the sole property of Shadow Haven Studios and/or Shadow Haven Hosting, registered United States business entities.
“Shadow Haven” is a protected mark. The names “Shadow Haven Studios,” “Shadow Haven Hosting,” “SHS,” and “SHH,” along with all associated branding, logos, identifiers, project names, and related marks, are protected and may not be used without explicit written authorization.
All models, textures, materials, scripts, systems, configurations, and associated assets are either original works created by Shadow Haven Studios and/or Shadow Haven Hosting, or properly licensed under legal agreements.
This content is provided strictly for non-commercial use within Bohemia Interactive’s Arma Reforger platform unless written permission is granted by Shadow Haven Studios and/or Shadow Haven Hosting.
1. NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
Shadow Haven Studios and Shadow Haven Hosting maintain a strict no-monetization policy for third-party use of SHS / SHH content unless explicit written permission has been granted.
You may not use this content in connection with:
* Paid or monetized servers
* Subscription-based communities
* Donation-gated access environments
* Paid priority access or queue systems
* Paid access to specific in-game content, equipment, cosmetics, factions, roles, or perks
* Revenue-generating services or commercial hosting packages using SHS / SHH content
* Any other direct or indirect monetization scheme involving SHS / SHH content
Approval of a monetization scheme by Bohemia Interactive, a server provider, or any third-party platform does not override this EULA or grant permission to monetize Shadow Haven Studios or Shadow Haven Hosting content.
2. NO REDISTRIBUTION / REUPLOAD
You may not do any of the following without prior written authorization:
* Reupload SHS / SHH content
* Mirror SHS / SHH content
* Repack SHS / SHH content
* Redistribute SHS / SHH content
* Bundle SHS / SHH assets into another mod, package, server pack, or distribution
* Upload SHS / SHH content to any platform outside approved official distribution channels
The only authorized distribution of SHS / SHH content is through official channels approved by Shadow Haven Studios and/or Shadow Haven Hosting.
3. TRADEMARK AND BRANDING PROTECTION
“Shadow Haven” and associated names, branding, logos, and identifiers are protected.
You may not:
* Use “Shadow Haven,” “Shadow Haven Studios,” “Shadow Haven Hosting,” “SHS,” or “SHH” in project names, server names, mod names, branding, or promotional material without written permission
* Present derivative work as official SHS / SHH content
* Imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation
* Use SHS / SHH logos, marks, or identifiers without written permission
4. DERIVATIVE CONTENT
Derivative content refers to any modification, extension, dependency, reskin, configuration, system, framework, or project that is based on, references, modifies, or depends on SHS / SHH content.
Shadow Haven Studios may tolerate limited derivative visual work, such as reskins, only when all required conditions are followed.
4.1 PERMITTED RESKINS AND VISUAL MODIFICATIONS
Reskins and visual derivative work are permitted only if all of the following conditions are met:
* The project requires the original SHS mod as a dependency
* No SHS / SHH assets are bundled, extracted, repacked, or redistributed
* Clear and visible credit is provided to Shadow Haven Studios
* No raw asset extraction is performed, including extraction of textures, models, materials, or protected files
* Only screenshot-based or reference-based editing is used
* No protected internal files, systems, scripts, or configurations are included in the derivative project
* The derivative work does not present itself as official SHS / SHH content
Permission to create limited visual derivative work does not grant permission to extract, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify protected SHS / SHH files or systems.
5. NO EXTRACTION / REVERSE ENGINEERING
You may not:
* Extract SHS / SHH assets
* Decompile SHS / SHH files
* Reverse engineer SHS / SHH systems
* Access protected or internal content
* Bypass intended dependency structures
* Use extracted content as a base for another project
This applies specifically to Shadow Haven Studios and Shadow Haven Hosting intellectual property and does not override ownership of engine systems by Bohemia Interactive or any other lawful rights holder.
6. CODE, SYSTEMS, AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION
All scripting, backend systems, configurations, modular frameworks, routing logic, infrastructure systems, and related technical implementations developed by SHS / SHH are proprietary unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
You may not:
* Copy or reuse SHS / SHH code
* Modify SHS / SHH core systems
* Use SHS / SHH systems as the base for derivative frameworks
* Recreate proprietary SHS / SHH systems through direct copying, decompilation, or unauthorized reverse engineering
* Use AI, automation, or code transformation tools to disguise copied SHS / SHH code or systems
Studying general modding concepts, engine behavior, or public documentation does not grant permission to copy SHS / SHH proprietary implementation, structure, code, or protected systems.
7. HOSTING AND SERVICE ENFORCEMENT
Shadow Haven Hosting retains authority to enforce this license across hosted services, managed servers, community servers, and any environment where SHS / SHH content is used.
Shadow Haven Hosting may:
* Restrict or deny service to violating users or communities
* Refuse hosting services involving unauthorized use of SHS / SHH content
* Act against unauthorized monetization involving SHS / SHH content
* Require removal of infringing content from hosted servers
* Terminate access to SHS / SHH services for license violations
Use of SHS / SHH content on third-party hosting platforms remains subject to this license.
8. PROHIBITED USES
SHS / SHH content may not be used in any project, server, community, or derivative work that:
* Promotes terrorism, extremism, hate groups, or unlawful violence
* Promotes pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, or sexually explicit content
* Harasses, targets, or defames individuals, communities, developers, or organizations
* Misrepresents SHS / SHH content or falsely claims affiliation with SHS / SHH
* Damages the image, reputation, or goodwill of Shadow Haven Studios or Shadow Haven Hosting
* Violates Bohemia Interactive platform rules, Workshop rules, applicable law, or this EULA
9. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTED PARTIES
Due to licensing violations, misuse, unauthorized redistribution, misconduct, or other enforcement concerns, Shadow Haven Studios and Shadow Haven Hosting reserve the right to prohibit specific individuals, groups, communities, servers, organizations, or affiliated persons from using SHS / SHH content.
Restricted parties may not:
* Use SHS / SHH content
* Create derivative content based on SHS / SHH content
* Host SHS / SHH content
* Redistribute SHS / SHH content
* Monetize, promote, or advertise services using SHS / SHH content
This list may be updated at any time at the discretion of Shadow Haven Studios and/or Shadow Haven Hosting.
9.1 CURRENTLY RESTRICTED PARTIES
No restricted parties publicly listed at this time.
10. ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL ACTION
Violations of this EULA may result in:
* DMCA takedown requests
* Platform enforcement through Workshop, Discord, hosting providers, or other services
* Server blacklisting
* Termination of access to SHS / SHH services
* Refusal of future permissions or licensing requests
* Legal action under applicable United States intellectual property, copyright, contract, and trademark law
Shadow Haven Studios and Shadow Haven Hosting reserve the right to enforce this license without prior notice where necessary to protect intellectual property, branding, users, services, or community reputation.
11. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All rights not explicitly granted under this EULA are fully reserved by Shadow Haven Studios and Shadow Haven Hosting.
No part of this agreement should be interpreted as a waiver of ownership, copyright, trademark rights, enforcement rights, or any other legal rights held by SHS / SHH.
