Corrections de crashs serveur
- **Déconnexion joueur** : override no-op de `OnPlayerDisconnected_S` dans `PS_M_SCR_RespawnSystemComponent` (le respawn neutralisé laissait `m_SpawnLogic` null → crash à chaque déco).
- **`UpdatePosition`** : garde contre `thisPlayerController`/`rpl` null (crashait à chaque frame sur certains mondes).
- **`PS_MissionDataManager.RegisterVehicle`** : garde contre `rplComponent` null. Les véhicules sans réplication (mondes custom type Woodbury) provoquaient un flood d'exceptions VM qui **affamait l'init du lobby**.

## Lobby vide (correctif principal)
- **`PS_CoopLobby` auto-réparant** : le lobby écoute désormais `GetOnDeploymentGroupRegistered()` et reconstruit la section déploiement (`RebuildDeployment`) quand les groupes arrivent du serveur. Les groupes étant générés au **boot serveur** (avant connexion), ils se répliquaient *après* l'ouverture du lobby → colonnes vides. Désormais peu importe l'ordre d'arrivée.
- Anti-doublon sur les listeners (`OnSelectionChanged`, `OnDeploymentGroupRegistered`) + désabonnement propre dans `OnMenuClose`.

## UI / Input
- **Header mission** : nom + auteur lus depuis le fichier mission ; si `GetMissionHeader()` est null, on blanke le placeholder ("Mission name"/"Mission author") au lieu de l'afficher.
- **`MapZoom`** retiré de `BriefingMapContext`/`PreviewMapContext` (action supprimée côté vanilla → flood `can't find action 'MapZoom'`).

## Diagnostic
- Logs `[PVE UI]` ajoutés sur tout le chemin client : `WaitScreen` (état), `SwitchToMenu`, `OnMenuOpen` (état des managers), `Init`/`InitDeployment`, header mission, `RebuildDeployment`.
