SGS Gear Slots

Features:
-smokeable cigarette, pipe, cigar, and joint
-cigarettes burn down over time while lit
-cigarette packs/cartons - smoke a pack while on patrol
-screen effects based on what substance the player smokes
-stamina buffs/debuffs while smoking and in withdrawl
-screen shake while in withdrawl
-refueling while smoking can cause fires

This is still a work in progress. I will be adding the following in the coming months, if you run into bugs or issues message me on discord at (spookyfckr):

-Adding a lighter or matches to light the smokes
-Adding animations

*To light the cig/cigar you need to press "Ctrl + ;" or inspect your gun while having one in your mouth slot*
