WIP Sibir_SCP-173

I’ve tried to recreate the FUNCTIONAL SCP-173 in this small mod. 
1. The object itself can be found in the ‘Objects’ tab.
2. It has physics.
3. It chases players.
4. It has sound effects.
5. It can find ways to kill the player.

If you want to add it to your server, please contact me. There are many bugs and flaws in it.
