Description
Servers slow down as wrecks, abandoned vehicles, and destruction debris pile up over a long session. Smart Server Cleaner removes that clutter automatically, with safety checks so players never lose a vehicle they're still using. It runs entirely on the server, is event-driven, and needs no setup beyond loading the mod.

WHAT IT CLEANS
Abandoned vehicles
A vehicle is owned by whoever last sat in the driver seat. It becomes "abandoned" only when that owner switches to another vehicle, dies, or disconnects. After a delay it is removed - but never while a player is sitting in it or standing within the safety radius, so cars in active use are left alone.
Destroyed wrecks
Burnt-out vehicle wrecks are removed a short time after they are destroyed, clearing the battlefield and freeing server resources.
Building debris and ruins
When a building is damaged or destroyed, the mod cleans up the resulting rubble and small debris, and manages leftover ruined structures - keeping nearby ones interactive while quietly retiring old, far-away ones. All of this work is spread across frames so it never causes a performance spike.

SAFEGUARDS
- Vehicles in use, occupied, or near players are never removed out from under anyone.
- Command/HQ vehicles are fully protected: any vehicle whose prefab name contains your chosen keyword (default "command") is never touched.
- Everything is server-authoritative - clients do no work.

ADMIN COMMAND
Type #cleanup in chat as a server admin to force an immediate cleanup pass (it still respects all safety checks). The result is reported back to you.
