Zargabad

This only creates SCR_AIWorld_Zargabad prefab, meaning simply loading this will work without extra work. Your own overrides are still needed for navmesh patching. You'll need to add the prefab to your world, as well as any patching you do to Navmesh due to placed objects, etc.  

This mod will be updated anytime the major game update is released, unless the main map has its navmesh files updated.
