RESTRICTED ARMA REFORGER MOD LICENSE

1. OWNERSHIP

All rights in this Mod and its original files, scripts, configurations, models, textures, sounds, animations, documentation, and other content remain with the Licensor.

Content owned by Bohemia Interactive or other third parties remains subject to the respective rights and license terms of its owners.

Downloading, installing, or using the Mod does not transfer ownership. Users receive only the limited permissions expressly granted by this License.

2. PERMITTED PLAYER USE

Any player may download, install, and run the unmodified Mod through the official Arma Reforger Workshop solely to join and play on a server authorized by the Licensor.

This player permission does not include the right to host, distribute, modify, extract, copy, or otherwise reuse the Mod or any part of it.

3. AUTHORIZED SERVER USE

The Mod may be hosted, loaded, or activated only by:

- the Licensor; or
- a server operator expressly authorized by the Licensor in writing.

Authorization applies only to the named operator and specified server. It is non-transferable, may not be sublicensed, and may be revoked for future use.

Possession of or access to the Mod does not grant permission to operate a server with it.

4. PROHIBITED USE

Without the Licensor's prior written permission, you may not:

- host the Mod on any unauthorized public, private, local, test, development, or event server;
- reupload, mirror, share, transmit, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise provide the Mod or any part of it;
- publish the Mod under another Workshop ID, name, or author account;
- repack, re-sign, rename, bundle, or include the Mod as a separately distributed file in a modpack;
- modify, edit, adapt, translate, port, convert, reskin, patch, fork, or create derivative works;
- extract, copy, reuse, or publish any script, configuration, model, texture, sound, animation, or other asset;
- use any part of the Mod in another project;
- decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Mod, except where mandatory law expressly permits it;
- remove or alter copyright, authorship, license, or origin notices;
- use the Mod or any of its assets outside Arma Reforger;
- use the Mod commercially or for direct or indirect monetization.

Prohibited monetization includes paid access, paid memberships, subscriptions, donations tied to access or benefits, advertising, sponsorships, paid services, the sale of in-game advantages, and use on monetized servers.

5. TECHNICALLY NECESSARY COPIES

Copies automatically created by Arma Reforger or the official Workshop for downloading, caching, installation, updating, joining an authorized server, or normal gameplay are permitted.

This exception does not allow manual distribution, third-party archives, mirrors, backups intended for sharing, extraction, or reuploads.

6. DEPENDENCIES AND MODPACKS

The unmodified Mod may be referenced as a Workshop dependency only for an authorized server.

The Mod may not be included, copied, or redistributed inside another addon, archive, modpack, collection download, or bundle without prior written permission.

7. ENFORCEMENT

The Licensor may disable the Mod when it is used on an unauthorized server or in an unauthorized environment.

Any such disabling must not delete data, damage systems, create security risks, or intentionally crash servers or clients. The Mod should behave as though it were not loaded.

8. TERMINATION

Any permission granted under this License ends automatically if this License is breached.

After termination, the affected person or organization must stop using the Mod, remove unauthorized server installations, delete manually distributed copies, and remove unauthorized uploads, mirrors, derivative works, or extracted content.

9. DISCLAIMER

The Mod is provided free of charge and "as is," without warranties of availability, compatibility, continued support, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this License excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE TERMS

This License supplements the applicable Arma Reforger EULA, Arma Reforger Tools EULA, Workshop Terms of Use, and mandatory law. Those terms prevail where required.

Nothing in this License restricts rights required by Bohemia Interactive to store, process, host, distribute, update, and deliver the Mod through the official Workshop.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, hosting, or using the Mod, you agree to this License.
