Better Clouds

I recommend using Eye Relief alongside this mod: https://reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop/688B3030DFC4730E-EyeRelief

Current changes: 
- Clouds at dawn/dusk are thick and dark, sunrise and sunset are more striking than vanilla Cloudy weather state
- After dawn the clouds transition to become more sparse and light in colour than vanilla. The overall scene during the day is less bright and washed out than vanilla Cloudy weather state, the sky is more saturated and the environment is more vibrant.  
- Overcast and Rainy weather clouds changed to look more like actual cloud cover rather than a solid grey haze. 
- Rainy clouds briefly thin during sunrise and sunset to let in light
- Clear night sky star intensity increased, milky way galaxy removed
