Better Clouds

This mod only affects the cloudy weather state. 


Current changes: 
- Clouds at dawn/dusk are thick and dark, sunrise and sunset are more striking than vanilla
- After dawn the clouds transition to become more sparse and light in colour than vanilla. The overall scene during the day is less bright and washed out than vanilla, the sky is more saturated and the environment is more vibrant.  
- I lied when I said it only affects cloudy weather, it also removes the milky way galaxy from the night sky during clear weather (because it's ugly) but otherwise no other weather states are affected.
