# BRAVO SIX COMPANY LICENSE AGREEMENT
**Copyright © 2026 Bravo Six Company. All Rights Reserved.**
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital content created, developed, or distributed by Bravo Six Company, including but not limited to mods, assets, models, textures, scripts, maps, audio, and related materials (collectively, the “Content”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, hosting, or otherwise using the Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Content.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Bravo Six Company.

# 1. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Content remain the exclusive property of Bravo Six Company.
No ownership rights or intellectual property rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

# 2. Limited License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Bravo Six Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to:
* Install and use the Content for personal, non-commercial gameplay purposes.
* Host the Content on private or public game servers solely for non-commercial gameplay.
* Share gameplay media (screenshots, videos, livestreams) featuring the Content.
No other rights are granted.

# 3. Authorization Requirement
Except as expressly permitted in Section 2, no use of the Content is authorized without prior written permission from Bravo Six Company.
Any use outside the scope of this Agreement is strictly prohibited.
Possession of the Content does not grant any additional rights.

# 4. Prohibited Activities
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Bravo Six Company, you may not:
* Reproduce, distribute, upload, or share the Content.
* Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
* Extract, reuse, or repurpose individual assets or components.
* Repack, bundle, or include the Content in any mod pack, collection, or compilation.
* Port or convert the Content to other games, engines, or platforms.
* Remove or alter any branding, copyright, or ownership notices.
* Claim ownership or authorship of the Content.
* Present the Content as open-source or freely available.

# 5. Commercial Use and Monetization (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
Commercial use of the Content is strictly prohibited.
Under no circumstances may any individual, group, community, server owner, organization, or third party derive revenue, profit, financial gain, compensation, donations, subscriptions, sponsorships, advertising revenue, or any other monetary benefit from the Content.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Paid server access
* VIP or premium systems
* Donations linked to server benefits
* Subscription or membership services
* Sponsorship agreements
* Advertising revenue
* Merchandise or digital sales
* Mod packs for sale or gated access
* Crowdfunding or supporter programs
* Any direct or indirect monetization connected to the Content
The Content may not be used on any server, platform, or project that generates revenue or accepts financial contributions of any kind.
No rights to monetize the Content are granted under this Agreement.

# 6. Server Hosting
You may host the Content solely for non-commercial gameplay purposes.
Hosting does not grant ownership or additional rights.
Bravo Six Company reserves the right to revoke hosting permission at any time.

# 7. Third-Party Use
You may not use the Content in any third-party project, mod, product, or service without prior written permission from Bravo Six Company.
This includes integration, reuse, extraction, or redistribution of any part of the Content.

# 8. Artificial Intelligence and Data Use
The Content may not be used for:
* Training artificial intelligence systems
* Machine learning datasets
* Data scraping or mining
* Automated content generation systems
* Asset extraction or dataset creation
No rights are granted for AI-related use.

# 9. Written Permissions
Any use not expressly permitted under this Agreement requires prior written authorization from Bravo Six Company.
Such permission, if granted, must be issued in writing and may include specific conditions or limitations.
No implied, verbal, or third-party authorization shall be valid.
Bravo Six Company is not obligated to grant any permission request.

Bravo Six Company reserves all rights and remedies available under law.

# 11. Termination
This Agreement is automatically terminated upon any breach.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Content and delete all copies in your possession or control.

# 12. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

# 13. Limitation of Liability
Bravo Six Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Content.

# 15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Content and supersedes any prior statements or understandings.
