1. Covered Content
This licence applies only to original Arma Reforger content created and owned by
justjack04, including but not limited to models, textures, materials, configs,
scripts, terrain work, prefabs, UI assets, logos, documentation, and packaged
addons (“Content”).
This licence does not grant rights to any Bohemia Interactive, Arma Reforger,
Enfusion, Steam Workshop, or third-party assets included alongside the Content.
2. Permission Required
No person, group, server, community, developer, or organisation may use,
download, copy, modify, distribute, upload, host, include, port, retexture,
repackage, decompile, extract, or make derivative works from the Content unless
they have prior written permission directly from justjack04.
Written permission must clearly state:
- the Content or project being authorised;
- the person, Discord account, server, or organisation receiving permission;
- what use is allowed;
- whether editing, redistribution, monetisation, or Workshop upload is allowed;
- any conditions, limits, or expiry date.
Permission is valid only for the stated recipient and purpose. It cannot be
transferred, sold, shared, sublicensed, or relied upon by another person,
community, or server.
3. No Implied Permission
Being able to access, download, inspect, receive, or possess the Content does
not grant permission to use it.
Permission is not created by silence, past access, membership of a Discord
server, friendship, previous collaboration, a verbal conversation, or a
third-party claim that permission was given.
4. Prohibited Without Explicit Written Permission
Unless justjack04 explicitly approves it in writing, you must not:
- upload the Content to the Arma Reforger Workshop;
- include it in a mod pack, server package, map, or addon;
- re-upload, mirror, leak, sell, trade, gift, or distribute it;
- edit, retexture, convert, port, reverse engineer, extract, or alter it;
- use it in another game, engine, platform, server, or project;
- claim ownership, authorship, or development credit;
- remove copyright notices, credits, watermarks, or identifying information;
- use it commercially, including through paid access, donations, subscriptions,
monetised content, commissions, or paid server benefits.
5. Credits
Where written permission allows public use, clear credit must be given to:
“Original content by justjack04”
Any additional credit wording required in the written permission must also be used.
6. Ownership
All ownership, copyright, intellectual-property rights, and rights to future
versions of the Content remain with justjack04.
No sale, assignment, transfer of ownership, or exclusive licence is created
unless justjack04 confirms this explicitly in a separate written agreement.
7. Withdrawal and Termination
justjack04 may withdraw or change permission at any time by written notice.
When permission is withdrawn or expires, the recipient must immediately stop
using the Content and, within 7 days, remove it from all servers, Workshop
pages, repositories, mod packs, downloads, backups intended for reuse, and
public or private distribution locations.
8. Breach
Any use outside written permission is unauthorised.
justjack04 may request immediate removal, report unauthorised uploads or use to
the relevant platform, and take any other action available to protect the
Content and associated rights.
9. No Warranty
The Content is provided only where permission has been granted. It is provided
“as is” without warranty. justjack04 is not responsible for compatibility,
updates, bugs, server issues, game updates, losses, or damage arising from use
of the Content.
