MBS Save All changes arsenal save behavior so players can save their full loadouts from any arsenal without being blocked by faction item rules.
This mod sets arsenal saving to No Restrictions, meaning US, USSR, FIA, CIV, and mixed-faction equipment can be saved from arsenals that normally limit or disable saving.
Designed for servers and scenarios that want simple, unrestricted loadout saving across all arsenals.
