IN SHORT: you may USE this mod (play it, run it on your server, show it in
videos). You may NOT EDIT it, reupload it, or make it a dependency of your own
mod. The full terms below are what count.
"The Mod" means the Arma Reforger addon "Phaseline - Helmets"
(addon GUID 697C1B4763225DB8): every file in it, including scripts, prefabs,
configs, layouts, models, textures, materials, sounds, images and text, in
packed or unpacked form.
"The Author" means the creator of the Mod, who publishes it on the official
Arma Reforger Workshop.
"The Official Workshop Item" means the Workshop page the Author publishes the
Mod on.
The Mod is licensed, not sold or given away. Anything this license does not
expressly permit is forbidden.
1. WHAT YOU MAY DO
a) Subscribe to the Official Workshop Item and play with the Mod.
b) Run the Mod on any server, public or private. Load it from the Official
Workshop Item alongside any other mods.
c) Make and share videos, streams, screenshots and reviews that show the
Mod, as long as you credit the Mod by name.
2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
a) NO EDITING. Do not modify, adapt, translate, retexture, recolour or
rebalance the Mod or any part of it, and do not make derivative works
from it.
b) NO DEPENDENCIES. Do not publish or distribute any addon, mod, scenario,
modpack or other content that lists the Mod as a dependency, requires
it, or is built on top of it.
c) NO PATCHING. No other addon may override, extend, replace or hook into
the Mod's scripts, classes, prefabs, configs or other resources. That
covers "modded" classes, prefab or config overrides, inheritance and
compatibility patches.
d) NO REUPLOADS. Do not reupload, mirror, repack or redistribute the Mod or
any of its files, in whole or in part, by any means. That includes
modpacks, merged addons and private or unlisted Workshop items.
e) NO EXTRACTION. Do not extract, unpack, decompile or copy the Mod's
assets or code to use anywhere else, in Arma Reforger or any other game
or project.
f) NO SELLING. Do not sell the Mod, charge for access to it, or put it
behind a paywall, donation or subscription perk.
g) NO MISREPRESENTATION. Do not claim the Mod, or any part of it, as your
own work.
3. EXCEPTIONS
a) The Author's own addons are exempt from section 2. This includes addons
made to work with the Mod, such as
Phaseline - Helmets RHS Compat, and Phaseline - Night Vision Systems,
which the Mod depends on.
b) Anyone else needs the Author's written permission to do anything that
section 2 forbids. Permission covers only what the Author writes down
and can be withdrawn.
4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some parts of the Mod are built from third-party content: 3D models, textures
or reference material. That content belongs to its owners and stays under
their own terms. This license grants no rights to it, and the restrictions in
section 2 apply to it in full.
Arma Reforger and its assets belong to Bohemia Interactive a.s. Nothing in
this license limits any right Bohemia Interactive holds under the Arma
Reforger Workshop terms.
5. TERMINATION
If you break this license, every permission it gives you ends straight away.
The Author may then report the infringing content to the platform it is
hosted on and take any other action the law allows.
6. NO WARRANTY
The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Author is not
liable for any damage, data loss or other harm that comes from using it.
If you're unsure whether something is allowed, ask the Author first.
