Added server-side player rank/XP saving for MBS Rank Save. Saves each player by their unique Game Identity ID. Stores each player in an individual JSON file under $profile:MBS_RankSave/Players/. Player save files now store readable rank names, for example "Rank": "Sergeant". Saves connected player rank/XP every 5 minutes by default. Restores saved XP and rank when a player rejoins the server. Reapplies saved rank after spawn if the mission resets the player back to Private. Added config file support at $profile:MBS_RankSave/config.json. Added ResetOnNewGame setting. Improved new-game detection using the same safer campaign-base style as the radio jammer. New-game reset now waits for campaign bases to load before deciding. Saved ranks are only wiped when repeated checks confirm there are no captured non-HQ bases. If the campaign base system is not ready, saved ranks are kept to avoid accidental wipes. Added support for old legacy players.json data if it already exists. Started work on admin rank command support, but this is parked for later research/testing.
